Retrieve info values for the system and/or user

Arguments

n-session [none! object!]	(No description given)
private-routine [none! logic!]	Not privte but we want to know if the API call was called with the private flag
values [block! none!]	If no value then the function will return all the valid values (based on wheather the session is logged in)/w the description
return-type [string! none!]	Returns specific information, can be "value" (default),"description","listen-to"
return-all [logic! none!]	Return all values weather found or not

A refinement is an optional parameter that "refines" how a command behaves. For example, specifying a particular response format.
