Return the folder structure under the specified subfolder.

Arguments

session [object!]	(No description given)
projectid [number!]	The project to return folder structure from
filegroupid [none! number!]	The filgroupid to return folder structure for
noprojectroot [logic! none!]	Make the projectname the root of all folders
filters [block! none!]	(No description given)
counts [logic! none!]	Include the types and the file_count in that directory
